Protocols in our facilities

  • All facilities are disinfected daily
  • You will find certified hand sanitiser dispensers throughout our establishments; their use is compulsory

  • We will leave an empty table between diners to guarantee the safety distance
  • We will use non-reusable tablecloths, cutlery and napkins
  • Orders will be served following all safety measures and delivered under a cover
  • The hotel will offer take-away meals
  • The number of people will be controlled to avoid overcrowding
  • Menus will be removed from dining area
  • The buffet breakfast has been replaced with a continental breakfast served at the table.
  • Shared items and equipment, such as cruets and saltshakers, have been replaced with single-use equivalents.
  • Crockery and cutlery are cleaned in the dishwasher.
  • Linen and napkins have a cleaned-at-high-temperatures certification (+60 ºC).
